@olivpear I LOVE the new collections features and thanks for giving us the option to make them public or private. We love sharing but some things you want to keep for yourself until you make them public so again, Bless you for all the updates but bravo on this one. Hugs
@admin I also have the earlier version of Safari and cannot update at the moment.... long story, but basically the update fails because our broadband signal is poor. I've tried twice and it hasn't managed to complete the update because it lost the connection. This is mainly because of the influx of tourists we have at this time of year in this beautiful little Scottish island so I thought I would wait till the end of the tourist season before trying again, but the items I clipped with the old style clipper several days ago have still not appeared. I am concerned in case the old clipper has been decommissioned . If it is merely a glitch caused by the updates, that's fine and shall be patient!!
@olivpear sadly imy laptop broke and i cannot afford a new one, im writing on a lousy tablet which is far from what i need to enjoy the awesome new features on Urstyle. Great news i must say, that you re adding to this website too bad for me i cannot enjoy it fully in the next few months...
@clipsocallipso That's true, we are not allowing to display user-added items in the search results. We can't trust every new user that his content will be suitable. If you want to promote own items, you should first of all take care of building own community and visibility here, get more followers and increase your influencing range.
All I want to say is that we are in the early stage, people who are now creating own community and collecting more followers will be important influencers in the future (compare it to first days of Instagram)
Marketplace feature is also in the development phase.
Dear Urstyle team. Forgive me if it's been asked before, but I am wondering if we will get an "organise items" section. It would be sooo good to create little categories, so as we can find our items in our categories and not have to scroll up and down through all our items to find the one we're looking for.
I've noticed how some artists here have hundreds of items. That must be very time consuming to find a specific item for them.
Not only is it easier for us to find what we want from our selection, it will also mean a shorter time to spend sitting down creating. I just like to bring this issue to your attention and shall be looking fwd to your reaction. Thank you wonderful team.
@rainheartart Yes it can be an egg hunt to find the collections, but for the animals, I just typed in animals for the name of the collection and a number of collections were available. So if it is a standard name, many collections can be found. I agree with you that we need to get them however we choose.
@watereyes Yes, I see that message pop up. I don't mind to wait, sometimes not until next day. My dearest wish is to be able to delete items which are doubled up, mostly my own fault not knowing they were being processed, but also computer fault to simply place them twice. I've now got a large collection of items, at least 10 - 15 are there twofold. The less items I have the quicker the scrolling and looking for my items is, then I don't have to be sitting at the computer too long. Is cumbersome for me. I can't wait till we have a delete option. Please URSTYLE can we have a delete option in our items list? Thank you so much for all the work you've done so far. I'm really enjoying the site!
@theliliana Hi dear I agree that the site is not perfect, but do not worry, Urstyle team is working hard to improve things. Please remember that Polyvore was around for 11 years, so they had a lot of time to become the way they were
