Does somebody know how to prepare your summer body just in 2 months? I'm going to the sea in August and I want to have bikini body. I can't live without sweets, so diet isn't the thing for me...
@diina37 Depends on how much weight you want to lose..and if diet is not your thing then there is exercise
you don't have to live without sweets, just try cleaning up your diet a bit so you have less carbs and more veggies + fruits! a good tip my mom gave me and i've always followed it: try not to drink your calories! it's better to have a glass of water than a sugary drink with your meal. also: stick to a simple workout routine 3 days a week. you may not get major results in the short amount of time that you have, but it will make you feel good about your body, and that's what matters!
